Newest project for wood

So I like mythology of all kinds. It has always intrigued me since I was old enough to read. Though part of me feels I have always known some knowledge about mythology which is probably just from other kids. Anyways I started this and it is still in the works but for now it is what I have so far. I am curious on how many people would be able to guess with out me saying what it is. SO I will make it a guessing game. Based on the picture can anyone tell me what I am doing with the image or symbolizing? 

This will be available for wood as well. So I will give it a week to see who guess and maybe the person that guess can get something 🙂 . When the week is over will put the full image with the answer if no one has guessed it. Along with the winner. Good luck all! 🙂

Have Returned

So sorry been MIA for a few months been dealing with depression. Sometimes it gets hard to work on new things during that time and have finally just decided to let everyone know why I disappear some times and not have new art and news to share.

Now to the cool things up and coming along with finished. When it comes art and my wood working art I am still taking request for that. Art can be just 2D art can be a sketch and or color, along with the wood working art can just be carved or carved and burned. On my Etsy shop from here on will put the 2D art of what the wood art would be. This way can save the wood for purchased items then just making one of everything and holding on to it till purchased. Got to save when starting the business :). Oh one more thing before showing what I have worked on lately; about the requests for wood art: if there are art pre done and want it on wood that is acceptable as long as its black and white to get the carving and burning done. Hello all I know it has been a long time (well a few weeks) since I have worked on anything new. I had some health issues to take care off. But now I am back to normal and ready to show what I have completed or working on. I was able to complete one work of art on this nice piece of black walnut wood. It is of a celtic tree of life…

More to Do

So its been a few days and am back down from my high of getting one of my pieces sold :). Well I am not completely down from the high. Its still there pushing me to do more. Been busy since last post. Got more ideas to work out and plan. Well there are a few I am at a bit of a loss. Ideas to carve and burn to be precise. I need more…. hmm that sounded weird but want to know others thoughts on what they would like to see carved/burned in wood. Just got a lion done last week and am working on a few more this week.IMG_20180125_130710_941

I know fan art, Celtic symbols and animals are on the list but would like any other thoughts or ideas to do. I do have a plan on making boxes to hold jewelry or dice for all those dungeon and dragons players. However its the designs on them would like a few more ideas please. It helps to know what people like. 🙂

New Year New Shop

Hello everyone I know I have been MIA but been dealing with a lot. However want to refrain from the troubles and talk about something new and planned. I have started a small business well trying to start. This new business is called Tenmei Designs wood and more. I called it this because I really enjoy wood carving and wood burning art. Help and Plans

Hello everyone I know its kind of late and a day later than I normally post but decided to post up anyways. So been really working on writing and I mean it has engrossed my time that even when I am awake time seems to disappear into the void then I end up falling asleep once more then repeating. I am a little apprehensive of this cause normally I like to show you all what I am working on not asking for help. Granted I know asking for help does help people (including myself) to learn to better them selves. So really I shouldn’t be apprehensive lol. I am a strange one but anyways my question to all you out there your assistance is needed. I am trying to get an editor. I have completed a book and would like an editor to help work with me to make sure that it is good enough to publish. I know there are a few of you that I have already talked to so you do not have to respond but if you found some one that would be helpful 🙂

I did do a little job for my mom and wanted to put it out there for you all to see hope you all like itbanner

Will add some more work next time. So any questions comments concerns or help don’t hesitate to hit me up.

Life and Concepts

Hello all I know I said I was going to be back on the saddle so to speak two months ago but the weirdest thing has happened. Been sleeping none stop. And I don’t mean sleeping like a bear but close. My normal wake up has changed and at this time I am trying to work on things as much as possible but as things are in life its a challenge.

But I don’t want you all to feel bad for me the support is the best thing which am glad you all like what I have been creating. So this concept art that I finished took a lot of time. What I have realized is that over time ideas for the art tends to change (granted every artist knows that its sometimes hard to not make changes to the art) Though what I mean is I started this concept art for the second book of a series that I have been working on. And every time I went to work on it I changed something but I think I have hit that artist satisfaction at this time. This is Winter and Balok queen and king of the Noite Araña Clan (yes once my books are out you all can read all about the ones I am making concept art for) So any questions comments concerns or even feedback on how my art can get better would love to hear from it. For now back to the drawing bored 🙂

Final Miya Concept

Hey guys so I know the last blog post said what my plan is but I totally forgot that I never posted the final Miya concept. So here is the last vid of how what I finished up the art work added a background with lighting. So hope you all enjoy the vid.

Alright yes I know normally I just put the final image/video of what I was working on and explain what I did and how I did it. I figured for this post I would leave the video to explain what I did. And if anyone has questions they can ask me. So keep an eye out for the next thing I will have up. It might be video or just images and since it is the Christmas time might do some Christmas based work depending on if I have time but keep an eye out till later 🙂

Back from the grave?!

Hello everyone it has been awhile and yes I know its been months since I posted anything last. Now I am calling this “back from the grave?!” because I have been MIA for awhile and I am making my way back into my grove of putting things up once a week. Don’t worry I am not a zombie :p I used the image I sketched during my time >.> <.< away cause it represents the beating life gives you. I am not getting beaten by some one so you all know. What the image I drew describes to me how things in life can just wear you down, beat you up, scar you but you have to keep going. (I will be doing a Photoshop version of this image so keep an eye out for it) ANY WAYS, I have finished SCHOOL ^^ (YAY for me) and graduated with my certificate for graphics design. Yes I know the title sounds vague. But do not worry the plan is to show you all what I have learned and am up too. I got my self a dremel well a new updated one to work on some of my engravings, carvings etc. I did it before but it was more of a “come back to it later” kind of thing. So keep an eye out for my graphics design work along with my dremel art. I will still do my 2D and 3D art that I have posted before. Hope you all enjoy what will be coming soon  🙂
